Today the four of us were in the car driving around town doing our errands. To pass the time, we were playing the rhyming game... you know, say a word and think of all the words that rhyme with it. Well Logan shouts out "TRUCK" in the back seat so Amanda starts rattling off all the words that rhyme with truck.
"auck"
"buck"
"cluck"
"duck"
"euck"
Notice a trend yet? Yes, she's just changing the first letter whether it's a word or not. Sooooo, when we get to the letter F in the alphabet... you guessed it! She shouts out the big "F" word! It doesn't even faze her. She just keeps working through to G, H and so on. But Eric and I are in the front seat BUSTING UP LAUGHING! Then my loving husband decides to try some other words...
"Hey Amanda, what rhymes with witch?"
"How about kit?"
And so on he goes with every swear word he knows. I can't hear any of her answers over my hysterical laughter. Sometimes it's SO fun to be immature! (especially when your children are clueless! : )
I'd be cracking up too....the funniest thing is that she has NO idea what she's saying. Guess it wouldn't have been too funny if she DID know, in that case I would have had to question your game picking skills. HA!
