Addicted to wii

I thought you all might like to see what my two men have been up to every night since Christmas.... since some of you are to blame for this crisis! : ) --- really it's my fault for telling you all what wii games Logan wanted for Christmas.

Anyway, every night after dinner the boys head downstairs for some team wii sporting. Some nights it's hunting water buffalo in Africa, others facing dark Jedi villains in Star Wars or swinging from a whip like Indiana Jones... regardless, it's all Logan (and Eric too, I'm sure) dreams about. Look at the concentration on my guy's faces! The house could be on fire and they wouldn't notice!

It's "SNOW" FUN!!!

My monkeys volunteered to clean off the drive way for me this morning....

I guess it's a good thing that I'm not a perfectionist!

They had a great time and that's all that mattered.... hopefully the next snow fall will be moist enough to make some decent snowmen!

Seating for Two

I wonder at what age children stop loving cardboard boxes. This one has turned into a comfy place to curl up in front of the TV.... and a hunting blind, apparently. : )

Tootie Tot

On the way home from preschool today, Amanda said from the back seat:

A - "Sorry 'bout the tootie, Mom."

D - "No problem, Honey. I can't smell a thing."

A - "How 'bout now?"

And there she is with her knees touching her ears...

Not only did her actions "release the smell" it also caused uncontrollable laughter from her mother. I laughed all the way home. I mean, it's one thing for a cute little princess (in her pigtails and tights) to apologize for an accidental toot, but then to bend a## over tea kettle to permit me the pleasure of smelling said toot!!??!?! TOO DARN FUNNY! I must admit that I'm a little jealous... she can touch her knees to her ears!!! OUCH! I wish!
