This morning's blood counts were not surprising... he is low on white blood cells, platelets, and red blood cells. He got a blood transfusion after breakfast but he is feeling good despite the low counts. Just as I suspected his neutrophils (infection fitting) are too low to allow us to leave the floor. It's a good thing we got out while we could yesterday!
So today we are filling our time with pinball, books, and homework.
Today is day 10. Keeping our fingers crossed that we are halfway through this round of chemo.
