Children's Museum of Houston

Yesterday we drove from Fort Worth to Houston and stopped at the Children's Museum before heading to the hotel. This place was HUGE! We didn't even get to half of the Museum in the 3 hours we were there. But that's okay. They had fun and the price was right! (Free for us since we're members of a children's museum in Wichita) : )

They had a whole street with stores and businesses that the kids could roll play in. The Vet Clinic was a personal favorite for our guys, but Amanda especially.

Logan got to be an Ambulance driver, Police Man, and Forensics Scientists.
Amanda spent most of her time in the grocery store. She would get a shopping list, find all the items and put them in her basket, then stand in the check out line. (the kids even had "money" to use in the shops) Then she would put everything back and get a new list and start all over again.
Logan was a short order cook in the restaurant. This is him telling his dad to have a seat (he was standing in the kitchen... OH THE HORROR!!)

There was also an outdoor area. Amanda found the puppet theater and gave all the little kids a wonderful show.

And Logan was obsessed over the water features. Not to brag to all you friends back home, but it's sunny and high 70's here in southern Texas! Hallelujah!
