Monday was Eric's birthday and he chose to take the day off from work and goof off all day. (As I think everyone should do on their birthday!) My gift to him was a pasta attachment for the Kitchen Aide. (He only asked for it 23 times over the last two months. I'm really good at taking hints :)

He is still playing with the recipe and perfecting his technique but the taste testing has been quite fun.
