Splashing Birthday Celebration

Saturday we took Logan and his buddy to Coco Key Water Park to celebrate his birthday.  It was nice to be able to set them free and say "HAVE FUN" but I didn't meet up with them often to get photos so you'll have to make do with the few ones I could snap.

11th Birthday Surprise

For MANY MANY years Logan has asked for the same thing for his birthday.  A gas powered 4wheeler.  And for MANY MANY years Eric and I have been telling him he's not old enough.  This year Eric and I decided he is old enough for a junior version.  Can you tell by this kids face that he is happy with his birthday surprise?

 Too bad he was born in February!  This year it was C.O.L.D.!!!!!

 We took him out to his grandparents woods to ride the trails and Eric borrowed their 4wheeler to follow Logan.

 Back inside to warm up we enjoyed some pre-dinner birthday cake.
Dessert before dinner.  Now you KNOW it's a special day!

He went back out to ride some more before it got too dark then we headed to his dinner restaurant of choice....

First Day as an 11 Year-old!

Many more great things to come today, but so far Amanda and I woke up the birthday boy with cinnamon rolls in bed, baked a pound of bacon as a surprise, and had a birthday morning photo shoot.

 I think it's still a little too early.  His eyes look very puffy!  : )

 I also found the time to wash the dogs this morning but Logan wanted to include Casey in this photo shoot.  Wet dog or not!
